POTATO LASAGNE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen potato nuggets
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato tidbits
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Italian seasoning mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Monterey or Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Grease a shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Arrange half the frozen potatoes in greased casserole. Mix together tomato sauce, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour half the sauce mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese. Add the rest of the potatoes and sprinkle on remaining cheeses. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
