PIEROGI LASAGNA 
5 lbs. potatoes
1 lb. butter
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
5 or 6 onions, diced
1 (1 lb.) box lasagna noodles

Saute onions in 1/2 pound butter. Mash cooked potatoes in the other 1/2 pound butter (no mile). Cook noodles according to directions. Drain well. Layer in pan the noodles, potatoes, onions and cheese. Top with noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
