JUICY MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 med. raw potato, grated
Fine crumbs, 6-8 crackers
1 c. Pet milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and mix well. Form into a loaf (or 2 small loaves); roll in flour. Brown in small amount of oil in skillet. Remove loaf from skillet; place in large casserole dish. Make a gravy by adding 4 tablespoons of flour to oil in skillet. Stir in 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce, 3 cans water, salt, and pepper to taste. Pour over meatloaf; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
