CHEESE AND SPINACH PIE 
9" or 10" unbaked pie crust
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed & drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/4 c. light cream or milk
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Prick pie crust with fork. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes at 450 degrees. Layer half of spinach, Swiss cheese and onions. Repeat with last half. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spinach, cheese, onion mixture. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until firm, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 5 to 6.
