ORANGE PINEAPPLE RING 
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2/3 c. very hot water
1/3 c. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Soften gelatin in lemon juice. Add hot water, honey, and salt; stir until gelatin dissolves. Blend cheese and orange juice; stir into gelatin mixture. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in drained pineapple.

Spoon into 8-inch ring mold; chill until firm. Unmold; fill center with fruit or cubes or cranberry jelly. Makes 6 servings.
