ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. clove garlic
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. parsley

Saute onion and garlic in the oil from the artichokes for 5 minutes. Beat eggs with fork. Chop artichokes. Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until dry. Cut into squares and serve as appetizers.
