LASAGNE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. salt
1 lg. can tomatoes
12 oz. tomato paste
10 oz. lasagne noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs (1/2 c. Egg Beaters)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese

Brown meat. Add next 5 ingredients, simmer uncovered until sauce is thick, about 24 minutes. Cook noodles. Combine cottage cheese with eggs, seasonings and Parmesan. Layer with noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese mix, 1/2 of sliced cheese and 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. This may be made ahead and kept until you want to bake it. Let sit for 10 minutes for easier cutting and serving.
