UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9x13x2 inch pan. Brown beef, drain and let cool slightly. Add all but 1 tablespoon of egg. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Arrange Mozzarella cheese on top, unroll dough on floured board. Firmly press edges and perforations to seal. Roll to form a 9x13 inch rectangle. Place over cheese and brush with remaining egg. Bake 20 minutes until crust is browned. Let stand 5 minutes.
