UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (dry)
1 (8 oz.) can of tomato soup or 1 sm. jar Ragu
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. crescent rolls
2 tbsp. melted butter
Parmesan cheese
1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)

Brown hamburger with onion. Drain. Add dry sauce mix and Ragu sauce. Mix well. Put in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix sour cream and Mozzarella cheese. Spoon over hamburger mixture. Top with layer of crescent rolls. Pour melted butter on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and mixture is bubbly.
