CRUNCHY VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 sm. head cauliflower
2-3 lg. carrots, sliced
2 sm. onions, sliced and separated into rings
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. salt or less
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar

Combine vegetables in large bowl. Mix other ingredients and pour over vegetables. Chill several hours or make a day ahead.
