CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES | |
1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter, softened 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup FILLING: 2 c. 10x sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 4 tbsp. creme de menthe TOPPING: 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels 6 tbsp. butter Mix together all ingredients for the brownies and pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Beat together the 10x sugar, melted butter, and cream de menthe until smooth. Spread over the cooled brownies. Melt butter and chocolate morsels over low heat. Remove from stove. Cool in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Spread over filling. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Cut into bite size squares. |
