SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained good
1/2 c. each celery, green pepper and onion, chopped
Small jar pimentos, diced

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. each, vinegar and salad oil

Mix together and chill several hours before serving. Keeps 7 days in refrigerator.
