MUSKY AND WALLEYE STEW 
3 lbs. beef stew, cut in cubes (do not brown)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans (3-4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. sherry
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1/2 tsp. "crazy mixed up salt"
Freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve on top of noodles.
