GERMAN PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
6 potatoes, peeled and shredded
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese

In a 12 inch stove top skillet or electric skillet over medium heat, brown beef with onion, peppers, salt and pepper. Drain. Remove from skillet. Reduce heat to low. Melt butter, spread potatoes over top. Top with beef. Combine eggs and milk; pour over all. Cover. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Top with cheese, cover, cook until cheese melts.
