CRABMEAT MUSHROOMS | |
20 to 24 lg. mushrooms 1 c. Italian dressing 3/4 c. bread crumbs 6 1/2 oz. crabmeat, drained & flaked 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. onions, minced 1 tsp. lemon juice Combine mushrooms (caps) and salad dressing 1 to 2 hours. Drain well on paper towel. In bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs and all remaining ingredients. Spoon in caps. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. |
