ZUCCHINI SOUP 
An easy and tasty way to use your fresh garden zucchini!

1 large onion, chopped
peppers (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 cups boiling water
4 cups diced zucchini
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. celery salt
dash of pepper
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Sauté onions and peppers (if using). Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes or so and let simmer.
