SCOTCH TEAS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Cook and stir until butter melts. Stir in rolled oats, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
