EASY SWISS STEAK 
1 round steak, cut into serving sized pieces
2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes

Cook steak and stewed tomatoes in slow cooker on simmer 3-4 hours. When meat is done, remove it from cooker. Mix 3-4 tablespoons cornstarch into 1 cup cold water then add to cooker to make a gravy. Turn cooker to higher heat to cook gravy. Stir while cooking to prevent lumps. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over mashed potatoes.
