SAUSAGE PILAU 
5 lbs. rice
3 lbs. Hillshire sausage
3 lbs. pork sausage
1 1/2 lbs. onion

Brown pork sausage, drain and take grease and cook diced onions until done. Add onions, pork sausage and rice and cook according to directions. When rice comes to a boil add Hillshire sausage, salt and pepper to taste. May add a few drops of hot sauce.
