SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean pork sausage
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. celery, minced
5 c. water
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
1 lg. bell pepper, minced

Saute sausage until brown. Boil soup mixture with rice in water for 7 minutes. Mix sausage, soup and rice mixture, celery and green pepper. Put in casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
