DARK BROWN COCONUT CUSTARD 
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. molasses
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut

Mix coconut and molasses alone then mix to the other ingredients and bake in pie shell at 400 to 450 degrees. Do not let it cook or it could get watery.
