1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. shredded apples

Beat cream until smooth. Add other ingredients in order given and chill until serving. Very good.
