SWEET & SOUR COLE SLAW 
1 1/2 lbs. shredded green cabbage
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. whipping cream

Put cabbage in covered dish and refrigerate for several hours. Mix salt, sugar, vinegar and whipping cream thirty minutes before serving. Chill and serve over cabbage.
