HAM AND POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 c. diced cooked potatoes
2 c. diced cooked ham
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. milk

Cook onion and pepper in 1 tablespoon of hot fat until tender. Combine with next 5 ingredients. Pour into baking dish. In saucepan, combine cheese and milk; stir over low heat, until cheese is melted. Pour over ham and potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Good way to use leftover baked ham.
