CRANBERRY MELLOW SALAD 
2 c. raw cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
1 c. Cool Whip

Grind cranberries. Stir in marshmallows and sugar. Chill overnight so marshmallows will absorb the juice. Add apples, nuts and pineapple. Fold in whipped cream. Chill thoroughly.
