1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. salt
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. sm. marshmallows

Cook the above ingredients for 5 minutes after rolling boil. Stir all the time. Add 6 ounce package of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Stir. DO NOT BEAT.
