PUMPKIN SEEDS 
Pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp. salt
3 oz. water

Wash gunk off seeds. Spread on paper towel to dry, at least 72 hours. Put in shallow pan (cookie sheet), roast at 350 degrees for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Pour solution of salt and water over the seeds. Put back in oven for 10 minutes. Water will evaporate.
