HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
8 oz. med. noodles, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. blanched almonds (optional)
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Combine all ingredients except corn flakes (or chips) and cheese. Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole in layers with eggs. Cover with chips and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 8 generous servings.
