EASY SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1 sm. can of mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream

In a small skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon onion soup mix. Stir. Add 1 tablespoon flour to 1/2 cup white cooking wine, stirring until dissolved. Add to mix. Bring to boil to reduce. Add 1 can sliced mushrooms; stir in. Reduce heat to low. Fold in 1/2 cup sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Serve over rice or noodles.
