EASY FETTUCINI 
6 oz. med. or fine egg noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can Compliment White sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Swiss cheese or Gruyere
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parsley sprigs (optional)

Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender. Drain. Return the noodles to the pan and add butter, salt and pepper. Toss to blend. Stir together white sauce and Swiss cheese. Heat until cheese is slightly melted. Pour sauce mixture over noodles and toss again. To serve, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley sprigs if desired.
