BARBECUED ROAST 
1 to 3 lb. chuck roast
1 large onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomatoes
1 medium pepper, chopped
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tsp. salad oil
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Place roast in Dutch oven. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and bake at 300°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
