SPAGHETTI SALAD 
1 lb. thin spaghetti
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 purple onion, chopped
1 pt. cherry tomatoes or plain tomatoes
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt to taste
3 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing (oil base, not creamy)

Cook spaghetti, drain. Rinse in cold water and drain again. Place spaghetti in bowl and add all ingredients and mix well. Seal bowl and marinate overnight. Extra seasonings like parsley flakes, oregano, etc. are good also.
