SUNDAY BRUNCH QUICHE 
8 pieces of white or whole wheat bread
7 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. sausage, ham or bacon
2 c. combined shredded Swiss, American and cheddar cheese

Spray 10 1/2 x 15 inch baking dish with non-stick coating. Layer with 8 pieces of bread. Cook meat; combine eggs, milk, horseradish, mustard, salt, pepper, and cheese. Place cooked meat on bread. Then pour combined ingredients on top. Cook 35-45 minute at 400 degrees. Great for large gatherings and first communion brunch. Serves 8-10.
