EXTRA EGG BRUNCH | |
Cooking Time: 40 - 45 minutes 6 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 6 slices bread, cubed 2 c. ham, bacon or chicken bits, cooked 3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 3/4 lb. sharp grated cheese (3 c.) Gently fold all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Mix the night before and refrigerate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, melon, Boston Brown bread and garnish. Makes a great brunch! |
