1 box devil's food cake mix
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
Dash salt
1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 egg

Make cake according to directions. Fill muffin cups 2/3 cup full.

Beat salt, cream cheese, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Mix in chocolate chips.

Put one heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture in the center of each cupcake. Add another 2/3 cup on top of the cheese mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
