8 eggs, beaten slightly
1/4 c. butter, melt in 9 x 13 inch pan
1 c. sour cream with chives
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with: 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Bake 5 minutes more.
