DANISH PASTRY 
1 c. butter
4 c. flour
3 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. warm milk

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add eggs and yolks, warm milk and add all dry ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours. Cut into four parts. Roll out and spread with favorite jams. Fold in ends and sides. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost while hot.
