DANISH PASTRY 
1 cube butter
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. water
1 c. water
1 cube butter
1 c. flour
3 lg. eggs

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
Milk to thin
Chopped walnuts or almonds

Cut up 1 cube butter and 1 cup flour as for pie crust. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons water. Roll out 1/4 inch thin. Boil 1 cup water and 1 cube butter; add 1 cup flour. Stir until it leaves the side of the pan; cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each egg. Spread over rolled out dough. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. When cool, frost and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
