SAUSAGE STRADA 
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 lb. cooked, crumbled sausage
Day old bread
1/2 minced onion, sm.

CUSTARD:

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan or 10 x 6 inch pan with shredded cheese. Add in layer fashion the cooked sausage and day old bread. Pour custard mixture over top and sprinkle minced onion over that. Cover and let stand for 1 hour. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Test with knife or cake tester. Let stand for 10 minutes.
