SPINACH CHEESE STRADA 
6 slices whole wheat bread
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten lightly
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & well drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Spread bread with butter. Arrange buttered slices in single layer in greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine milk, eggs, spinach, salt and pepper in large bowl; stir well. Pour over bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until puffy and lightly golden.
