BLACK BEAN SALAD 
1 can black beans
1 can yellow corn, drained
1/4 c. or 6 green onions, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 to 3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coarse pepper just before serving.
