BAKED LEMON DELICIOUS 
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
Juice & rind of 1 lemon

Cream together butter and sugar. Add sifted flour, then mix in this order; add rind and lemon juice. Stir in beaten egg yolks, then milk and lastly fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased casserole dish. Stand in another pan of water. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
