PLUM CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cloves
2 sm. jars strained plum baby food
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs

Mix oil and sugar, then add eggs one at a time, sifted dry ingredients, plum baby food and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes, tube pan.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
6 to 8 tsp. dry sherry

Put on cake while warm.
