BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Cream of mushroom soup
Frozen broccoli, cooked
Rice (1 boil bag)

Melt Velveeta cheese. Put broccoli in casserole dish; add rice. Pour Velveeta cheese over and mix. Add 1/2 a can of cream of mushroom soup so it won't be dry. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until warmed through.
