SALSA 
6 to 10 cloves garlic
5 to 8 jalapenos
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 to 2 tsp. cumin
Salt to taste

Chop garlic in food processor or blender. Add rest of ingredients. Chop to desired consistency.

Note: Amount of garlic and/or jalapenos can be decreased.

Number of tomatoes can be 5 instead of 3.

Do not process too long in food processor...just enough chop things up.

This fresh salsa can be used in other recipes requiring salsa...see Black Bean Dip and Guacamole...or can be served by itself with tortilla chips.
