CREAMY PEACH PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. sliced peeled fresh peaches
1 c. heavy cream
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; add to peaches in bowl and toss lightly. Arrange in prepared pie shell; pour heavy cream over peaches. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired.

Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 45 minutes or until set. Cool well before serving. Garnish with whip cream if desired.

Variation: Use apples and cinnamon in place of peaches.
