HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. pork shoulder ground
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients, place in loaf pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. Baste ham loaf throughout baking time with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Boil all for 5 minutes and baste loaf. Should be a thin syrup.
