SCHLOCK 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild or reg. sausage
2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars mushrooms
2 boxes Uncle Bens Long Grain and wild rice
Minced onion to taste

Brown sausage on medium low heat. When near browned, add onions and mushrooms. While sausage is browning, cook rice per package instructions. If sausage is done before rice, drain and set aside. When rice is cooked, pour into meat mixture. Then make white sauce.

WHITE SAUCE:

1/4 stick butter
5 tbsp. flour
2 c. hot water
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Melt butter and add flour. When dissolved, add 2 cups water with the bouillon cubes dissolved in it. When thickened, add to the meat rice mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered. Makes a lot and is delicious!
