OVEN FRIED FISH 
20 oz. white fish (4-5 oz. pieces)
1/2 c. low fat buttermilk
1/2 c. melba toast crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. paprika
Vegetable spray

Put buttermilk in a shallow bowl. Mix crumbs, parsley and paprika and put in a shallow bowl. Dip fish fillets in buttermilk, then in crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with vegetable coating spray. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serves 4. 4 oz. serving, 149 calories.
