SYLVIA'S CHEESY CHICKEN 
6 whole chicken breasts
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

Poach chicken. Cool and remove meat from bones. Cut meat into chunks. Cook and drain well 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli. Place cream cheese, milk, salt, garlic salt and 3/4 cup Cheddar in heavy saucepan. Heat and stir until cheeses are melted and a smooth sauce results.

Place cooked, drained broccoli in bottom of casserole. Cover with 1 cup of sauce. Sprinkle on 1/4 cup of reserved Cheddar. Place chicken chunks over broccoli and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle on rest of Cheddar. Dust grated Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with a green salad and French bread for a party supper. Serves 4 to 6 generously.
